This is a baseline policy describing our actual practices in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional.
When you request a free sample, place an order, or create an account, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, optional phone number, target role, optional LinkedIn URL, the resume or documents you upload, and the notes and messages you send us about your order.
We do not collect card details on this site. After you place an order, payment is arranged separately by email, and we keep only an order record (package, amount, and status). Card numbers never touch our servers.
Your information is used solely to deliver your order: preparing your sample and deliverables, giving you a private dashboard, and sending you service emails about your account and orders (sign-in links, verification codes, and order updates). We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use your resume to train any AI model.
Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and private file storage with access-controlled signed URLs). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Service emails are delivered through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and are the only third parties your information passes through.
We keep your information only to deliver your order and support you afterward. If you want your account, files, or details removed, contact us at any time and we will delete them.
You can view and update your profile from your dashboard. You can request a copy of your data, or full deletion of your account and files, by emailing hello@careeredgepro.com. We respond to every request.
